Tramigo Opens Its First Partner Support Centre in West Africa

Tramigo is proud to announce the opening of its first Regional Support Centre in Lagos, Nigeria. Primarily designed for technical support to our distributor/reseller/service provider partners for the vast Nigerian market; the new office and its local, highly trained, multi-lingual support staff also provide rapid warranty and repair services to resellers in neighboring countries.
Good local support is a critical factor for both private vehicle and corporate fleet owners when deciding on the tracking product or service of their choice. The tracking product industry is flooded with low cost, low quality, mostly Chinese manufactured hardware with poor or no warranty service combined with very high defect rates. Fleet management and recovery service providers should be very careful when choosing their tracking hardware, as after-sales costs with high defect rate and poor local service can wipe out all profits.
